Q. What are the T’s & C’s?
A. Flight times and routes are subject to and may vary due to weather conditions. Travel insurance is encouraged.
All departures are subject to change or cancellation due to weather conditions. Although departure times are confirmed at the time of booking, actual times are subject to change due to flight scheduling. Flight schedules are completed the day before travel. A confirmation of your flight time will be communicated to you the night before or to the resorts and/or travel agent. We will exhaust all reasonable endeavors to honour your confirmed booking time.
Cancellations within 48 hours of departure will be charged at full fare. Any “No Shows” will be charged 100% of fare. Cancellations within 14 days of flight will be charged 50% of the fare.
Change of date - reservations can be transferred to another date, subject to space availability, with no transfer fee incurred.
Prices are per person and flights are subject to a minimum of 2 people unless booking a private exclusive charter.
Q. What is your child policy?
A. 0 - 23 months - free of charge, no luggage allowance.
2-12 years - 60% of adult fare.
13+ years - full fare.
Q. What’s the baggage allowance?
A. Helicopter 15kg; Islander planes and seaplanes 20kgs.
Q. Where are you located for check-in?
A. Our check-in counter is in the domestic terminal – Nadi Airport (counter Number 6). The domestic terminal is just a short 2 minute walk from International.
Q. Where do we depart from?
A. All aircraft including seaplanes depart from Nadi Airport. We fly to all resorts and islands. Some Islands we cannot land with the helicopter, seaplane or airplane. Please check with us or with your resort or travel agent.
Q. Do you operate scheduled flights?
A. We are a charter airline. We do however operate regular flights throughout the day to the Mamanuca and Yasawa Islands. We also offer per seat pricing to the Coral Coast and RakiRaki areas. All other destinations are on private charter only.
Q. What are the requirements to secure a booking?
A. Full payment via credit card or direct credit is required at the time of booking. We will also require you to fill out a credit card authority form.
Q. Is it safe to fly on a seaplane if I have a disability or for the elderly?
A. Landing and takeoff via seaplane in rough and windy weather can cause difficulties for some people when embarking/disembarking the plane. We DO NOT recommend travelling via seaplane if you have a mobility problem or recent injury. Please consult your physician prior to travel.
Q. Do your Helicopters and Seaplanes fly at night?
A. No. Our operations are strictly within daylight hours. Regions vary - please contact us for full details. Civil Aviation rules state that our aircraft must be back in Nadi 30 minutes before dusk.
Q. Can you book a flight with just one person?
A. All per person priced flights require a minimum of 2 adults. Single passenger rates are available on share-twin basis.

Q. Can you transport surfboards, diving and fishing gear?
A. Yes - Our airplanes, seaplanes and helicopters can all carry surfboards under 6ft 7in (200cm), diving and fishing gear.
